- New electrical circuits or rewiring for hobs and ovens, which needs a Part P approved electrician
- Making good to plastering or tiling disturbed by removing the old worktop, unless it's agreed and quoted for upfront
- Rushed same-day templating - we always leave a gap between consultation and templating so joint positions are planned properly
